Pocket Plate™ is a Canadian brand based in Ontario.
We design and sell silicone food-contact products and educational materials to support balanced, realistic eating — including our signature Pocket Plate™ and related digital guides.

All content on this site — including text, designs, logos, images, and graphics — is owned or licensed by Pocket Plate™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All Pocket Plates are made from FDA-certified, food-grade silicone. Colors, textures, or packaging may vary slightly between batches.

Our products are designed for food use but should be handled according to our Care Instructions (found on our FAQ page).
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal household use.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
We accept major credit cards, debit, and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

Payment must be completed at the time of checkout. If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we will contact you before processing or issue a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by region (usually 3–10 business days).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because the Pocket Plate is a food-contact item, we can only accept returns in cases of defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or used items.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact info@pocketplate.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method.

7. Digital Products and Downloads

Free or paid digital resources (including ebooks and guides) are provided for personal use only.
You may not share, resell, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our educational materials. They are intended for general informational purposes and do not replace professional nutritional or medical advice.

8. Email Subscription and Marketing

By entering your email to receive a free resource or product updates, you consent to receive periodic emails from Pocket Plate™.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
