What is the Pocket Plate?
The Pocket Plate™ is a thoughtfully designed silicone plate with built-in “pockets” that guide balanced eating without the diet math. Each section helps you portion carbs, proteins, fats, and veggies in a realistic, flexible way. Just fill, eat, and move on with your life.
Is it safe for food use?
Absolutely. Each Pocket Plate is made from 100% food-grade silicone, free from BPA, lead, phthalates, and fillers. This product meets FDA safety standards.
Can I put it in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven?
Yes! The Pocket Plate is heat-safe up to 450°F (230°C) and fully dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.
Can kids use it?
Yes. The Pocket Plate designed for use by anyone who wants to eat in a balanced way. It acts as a training tool to know what makes your plate look balanced. The plate is soft, durable, and non-slip — perfect for little hands.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. (International shipping options may be added soon.)
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and shipping times vary by region: Within Canada: 3–7 business days U.S. orders: 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup, but we’re exploring that option for future orders.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my Pocket Plate?
Because the Pocket Plate is a food-contact product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once it has been opened or used for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What qualifies for a replacement or refund?
We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if: The product arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing flaw that affects function. To request a replacement, please email info@pocketplate.ca with your, or order number and photos of the issue.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene regulations and the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color preference, or general dissatisfaction once the product is used.
How will I receive my refund (if approved)?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we confirm the issue. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Care & Use
How do I clean my Pocket Plate?
Wash it in warm soapy water or place it in the dishwasher. To remove residue or film (sometimes caused by oils or detergent build-up), soak in hot water with a splash of vinegar and baking soda, then rinse well.
Can I cut food on it?
We recommend avoiding sharp knives directly on the silicone surface to extend its life.
Does the silicone stain or hold odors?
High-quality silicone is naturally stain-resistant and odor-resistant. However, strongly pigmented foods (like curry or tomato sauce) may leave light marks if left for long periods. These fade over time or can be minimized with a gentle baking soda scrub.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@pocketplate.caas soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.
My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it what do I do?
Please double-check with your local postal carrier and neighbors first. If it doesn’t turn up within a few days, contact us at info@pocketplate.ca and we’ll help you track it down.
